Cross-Listed Courses

At Rollins, a Cross-Listed class refers to one course that allows registrations from all undergraduate programs - Holt and A&S/CPS. Such courses are set up to "reserve" a certain number of seats (determined by the department) for each program. Once the reserved seats are taken, the schedule reflects that course as filled. In some cases, the course may show filled on one schedule and open on another. That means that all the reserved seats have not been taken in one program. For example: a course may be split evenly with 10 seats for Holt and 10 for A&S/CPS. If the there are 8 students registered in Holt and 10 students registered in A&S/CPS, the Holt schedule will show open and the A&S/CPS schedule will show filled.

Approximately two weeks before the start of term, enrollments are reviewed and capacities may be adjusted to accommodate additional students.

Exam Schedule

The Hamilton Holt School does not have a separate exam schedule. Exams are held the last night of class.
