Faculty are requested to report students who are attending, but not on the official class roster. Those students are in violation of policy and may consititue a liability to the College. You should report that person to the registrar for research.
Please check FoxLink (not Blackboard) and report students who have stopped attending your class along with the last known date of attendance. The last known date of attendance is crucial in assessing the impact of withdrawal on a student's financial and academic standing. The College has a legal obligation to report this information to lending and reporting agencies.
