Classrooms are assigned by the Holt School based on information provided by the faculty member during the proofing phase of the scheduling. Classroom assignments are based upon media needs, anticipated enrollment, course structure, and compliance with ADA guidelines. Although the Holt School does not guarantee classroom assignments, every effort will be made to meet the instructional needs of faculty.
Faculty should not reschedule class times or meeting locations without notifying the Hamilton Holt School in advance. Movement of furniture should be kept to a minimum, and furniture should be returned to the original configuration after class. Most of the air conditioning and heating systems on campus are automatically controlled to provide the maximum comfort to all.
